An opportunity to acquire this delightful two/three bedroom second floor apartment (Top Floor) with ‘river views’ and forming part of this impressive converted country house in a park-like setting with stunning and beautifully maintained communal grounds which adjoin the banks of River Thames. Islet Park House was once the production house and film set for Gerry Anderson’s iconic television series Thunderbirds. The property provides, in our opinion, generous living accommodation and features a recently re-fitted Kitchen, modern bathroom with underfloor heating, newly installed replacement windows, a garage in a block to the rear and an extensive communal car park for residents and visitors. The property is conveniently located within approx. 1.4 miles of Taplow Railway Station (Paddington/Future Cross Rail Network) and approx. 1.5 miles of Maidenhead Railway Station (Paddington/Future Cross Rail Network). An internal inspection is most strongly recommended
Directions: Proceed east out of Maidenhead along the A4 Bath Road towards Maidenhead Bridge and turn left after the Texaco Petrol Station into Ray Mead Road. Continue along passing Boulters Lock on the right into Lower Cookham Road and take the second right hand turn into Islet Road. Turn right where Islet Park House will be found at the end of the drive.
