A hidden gem, and somewhat of a Tardis, Little House belies its name. Situated in a highly regarded residential road, it occupies a quiet and pleasant location within the Conservation Area surrounding the renowned Grade I Listed All Saint’s Church, only circa three quarters of a mile from Maidenhead town centre and its mainline Crossrail station. This two/three bedroom end of terrace, with separate purpose-built home office, forms part of an award-winning development dating back to 1980 and offers well-designed spacious and flexible accommodation, including a secluded south facing low-maintenance walled garden with established trees. In addition, to the rear, there are two private parking spaces and a garage/utility, as well as the option to purchase additional resident parking permits. We are advised that there are extant planning permissions to further extend the house into both the substantial loft and to enlarge the kitchen/diner into the rear courtyard, currently occupied by a covered canopy (subject to building regulation approval).
Directions: Proceed west out of Maidenhead on the A4, up Castle Hill and turn first left into Grenfell Road before the traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing. Take the first turning right into Boyn Hill Avenue and continue towards the end of the road, where Bishop Court will be seen as a cul-de-sac on the right, leading to the parking area at the rear. Little House faces onto Boyn Hill Avenue.
