Coming to the market for the second time in 60 years First Built in the 17th century with an additional wing built in the latter part of the 18th century. This attached property once part of a large manor house which was split into three houses in 1960. The house has been beautifully decorated and is reminiscent of a small boutique hotel and boasts a wealth of period features rarely seen including a very large entrance hall with a hand carved working open fireplace and beautiful wooden columns which leads through to another large drawing room featuring bay windows with wooden shutters and two floor to ceiling doors leading through to the dining room which has double doors out onto the stunning rear garden. The front part of the garden is laid to lawn with beautiful shrubs and plants, a well and a pond, the rear section of the garden is wooded, cool and has mature apple and plum trees, a lovely garden room and a self contained annexe with kitchen and shower room. Opposite the dining room is a large country style kitchen with Andrew Macintosh cupboards, double butler sink and an oil alpha cooker which serves the heating and the hot water. There is also a good sized larder. There is a cloakroom, cellar and door leading out to lovely small garden room / conservatory which is gorgeous for morning breakfast.
The first floor features two large bedrooms with bay windows overlooking the garden, one with en-suite bathroom and one with a semi en-suite. The main family bathroom features a free standing slipper bath, and stone floor tiles. There are a further two rooms one of which is used as a dressing room and features sofa which comes down to a double bed again overlooking the front garden. There is a walk through room including a separate entrance from the hall to the fourth bedroom which again has a semi en-suite.
