I went to Braxton because they sold my house twenty years ago, and they sold it within a week then. I also liked Robin Rixon, the Director, as he was very commercial and I preferred dealing with somebody who was actually running the company. I was initially advised to use a national agency but I noticed a lot of there houses weren't selling, and we noticed that the person showing us around wasn't very au fait about the house. The opposite is true of Braxtons. The one thing I have learned out of all this is that the local, smaller estate agents are better than the national.
