Geoff Tomlinson

Managing Director

Geoff  Tomlinson, Managing Director

Geoff is the Managing Director of Braxton, who have always prided themselves as being the leading Independent Estate agents in Maidenhead.

Geoff has been with Braxton for over 40 years, and during this time has gained an extensive industry knowledge, as well as an advanced understanding of the Maidenhead area, and the community that the company serves.

As such, he is often consulted for his advice by leading national property developers and investors, as well as by the company’s much-valued clients, who trust his guidance and insight when it comes to selling and buying their homes.

Geoff is passionate and enthusiastic about the opportunity to represent clients in all areas of property management and sales, and is proud to be supported by a wonderful team of professional and long-serving colleagues, whose collective wealth of skills and experience make them well placed to advise and assist those moving to, or within, the Maidenhead area.

When not working, Geoff likes to indulge his love of travel and leisure, whilst enjoying spending time with his family, grandchildren and dog – Bruce.

He takes an active interest in sport, and is a regular visitor of Maidenhead’s Padel Tennis club, as well as being a keen supporter of Maidenhead RFC – a thriving local rugby club which Braxton are both long-term advocates and sponsors of.

James Farrance

James Farrance is Associate Director responsible for the lettings, build to rent and property investment management side of the company. With vast experience in the residential sector commencing in London from the 1990’s James brings a meticulous approach and a reputation of tenaciously caring for his client’s interests.

James is exceptionally well regarded in his field not only thanks to his unparalleled professional track record and high professional standards resulting in many loyal clients and personal referrals but for being a hard working, honest family man who does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients success.

Marc Wrigley

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Marc Wrigley, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Marc is a “local lad” having been born and raised in Maidenhead. After finishing school, Marc embarked on a career in estate agency working for an international group before joining Braxton in 1999. Marc started his career at Braxton as a senior negotiator and is now an associate director.

When not at work, Marc is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching boxing and has travelled as far as Las Vegas to support his favourite fighters. Marc also enjoys football and, being based in the South, supports Manchester United!

Living and working in Maidenhead, Marc has a wealth of experience to be able to offer accurate advice when it comes to selling your property.

Tom Adams

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF SALES

Tom Adams, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF SALES

Tom has wealth of experience with over 20 years’ in the property industry with many of them spent working in the London property market. He returned to his Berkshire roots to join Braxton in 2012 and hasn’t looked back. His valuable knowledge of the Maidenhead area and surrounding villages is of great benefit to clients and customers alike.

Tom is a family man, and away from work he enjoys visiting different parts of the world on family holidays with his wife Sammy and three children Nancy, Evie & Stanley.

Tom enjoys good food and good company with a drink or two and whilst socialising with friends has been known to have a microphone in his hand in a karaoke bar. Also big on sport, Tom regularly plays golf with friends and is a big Liverpool Football Club supporter making the long trip up to Anfield to cheer them on when he gets the chance.

Tom is also a big animal-lover and spends time walking his beloved dog Poppy in the countryside.

Ben Fraser

Sales Negotiator

Ben  Fraser, Sales Negotiator

Ben Fraser joined Braxton in January 2024 as a Sales Negotiator, bringing with him a strong foundation built as an Academy Football Coach in Bisham, where he developed discipline, communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

With a genuine passion for the property market and a sharp understanding of client service, Ben applies energy, professionalism, and attention to detail in supporting buyers and sellers across Braxton’s residential sales and new homes departments. His proactive approach and ability to build rapport quickly make him a valued asset to clients navigating the property process.

Outside of work, Ben maintains an active lifestyle. He continues to enjoy playing football, is a keen golfer, and has a passion for travel.

Leah Jay

Sales Negotiator

Leah Jay, Sales Negotiator

Leah is the newest member of the Braxton team, joining as a Sales Negotiator in 2026, and brings with her a wealth of experience and enthusiasm for the local property market having worked in the industry for over three years, picking up personal awards along the way.

Having lived in the town all her life, Leah attended Cox Green School and attained A Levels in History, Biology and Chemistry whilst working in the hospitality sector. Her strong local knowledge, coupled with her friendly, personable approach, mean that she is perfectly poised to assist our clients with their home/buying and selling transactions, whilst contributing to the smooth-running of day-to-day operations.

In her spare time, Leah is a regular at the local gym and likes to indulge her love of travel, and this year is looking forward to exploring Portugal, Dubrovnik & Egypt.

Adam Soltys

Property Manager

Adam  Soltys,  Property Manager

Adam Soltys joined Braxton in September 2023 as a Property Manager. He collaborates closely with the rental team, serving as the primary contact for both tenants and landlords. Before his role at Braxton, Adam had a successful 19-year career in retail management, where he honed his skills in customer service, team leadership, and operational efficiency. He managed multiple retail locations, consistently achieving sales targets and improving store performance through strategic planning and staff development. Adam also holds qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.

In his free time, Adam is deeply committed to his volunteer work with St John’s Ambulance. He serves as both an Emergency Responder and a Mental Health Responder, providing crucial support at public events and in emergency situations. His role involves administering first aid, offering mental health support, and educating the community on health and safety practices. Adam’s dedication to helping others and his ability to remain calm under pressure make him a valuable asset to the organization.

ROBIN PHILLIP

LETTINGS COORDINATOR

ROBIN  PHILLIP, LETTINGS COORDINATOR

Robin brings over 25 years of property experience to Braxton. He specialises in client contact, legal, and contract aspects of all lettings, offering a wealth of knowledge and a passion for property in all his interactions with clients and applicants. The skills he learned as a maître d’ in an exclusive restaurant hotel, such as exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication, serve him well in his current role.

Outside the office, Robin is an avid reader, rarely seen without a book. He enjoys cooking for family and friends, traveling, attending live comedy shows, and keeping tropical fish. As a self-proclaimed geek, he has a strong love for pop culture. Additionally, Robin is very keen on archery. He enjoys the precision and focus required for the sport, often practicing at local archery ranges and participating in community events. This hobby not only keeps him physically active but also provides a sense of camaraderie and challenge. Robin’s dedication to archery reflects his commitment to mastering new skills and his appreciation for both the mental and physical aspects of the sport.

Rebecca Young

Letting and Management Support

Rebecca  Young, Letting and Management Support

Rebecca Young joined the Braxton team in 2021 as a Viewings Consultant and has since become an integral part of the business. From day one, her positive attitude, reliability, and genuine care for clients stood out. As her role developed—with increased responsibilities and hours—she transitioned into Sales Support Administrator. Rebecca is now a highly valued and trusted member of our Lettings and Property Management team, where her attention to detail and commitment to excellent service continue to make a real difference.

Prior to joining Braxton, Rebecca was employed for 25 years in the field of Office Management and Customer services.

Having grown up in Burnham, and lived in Holyport for 18 years, she brings a high degree of local knowledge to her role, making her well poised to assist both vendors and applicants with their enquiries.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys socialising with friends and family, practicing yoga and meditation, and also indulging her passion for travel!

CHERRIE ROLSTON

OPERATIONS MANAGER

CHERRIE  ROLSTON, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Cherrie has been with the firm for 14 years and has progressed from Credit Controller to Operations Manager.

In this time, the firm has grown considerably and Cherrie has become an important part of the management structure.

She has lived in Maidenhead for over 35 years, her children have flown the nest and Cherrie now loves to travel all over the world with family and friends.

In her spare time she enjoys jogging, pilates classes and swimming.
